The team is committed to high-quality workmanship, safety, and consistently exceeding customer expectations, offering diverse opportunities for individuals interested in marine and heavy construction environments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Houston area, with opportunities for Yard Hands, Project Managers, Crane Operators, Oilers, Boat Captains, and Superintendents. Yard Hands support day-to-day yard operations by assisting with equipment staging, material handling, basic maintenance, and loading/unloading vessels and barges. Project Managers coordinate marine construction projects, oversee schedules and budgets, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards. Crane Operators and Oilers operate and maintain cranes and related lifting equipment, perform routine inspections, support safe rigging operations, and follow all site safety protocols. Boat Captains operate company vessels, navigate safely in varying marine conditions, supervise crew activities, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. Superintendents lead field crews, oversee on-site construction activities, enforce safety procedures, monitor project progress, and communicate with management and clients to keep projects on track.Qualifications Candidates should possess experience in expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to support marine and yard operations.Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, manage inventory flow, and support project schedules across multiple sites.Candidates should possess strong Project Management capabilities to plan work, oversee timelines and budgets, manage resources, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess Inspection experience to verify equipment readiness, assess work quality, and support compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Relevant experience in marine construction, heavy equipment operation, vessel operations, or industrial yard environments is highly beneficial.Demonstrated commitment to safety, ability to work in outdoor and marine conditions, and capacity to follow company procedures and industry regulations.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse crews and leadership.Valid licenses or certifications appropriate to the role (e.g., crane operator certifications, captain’s license, safety training) and reliable transportation to the Greater Houston work sites.
