Young Artists Development Officer (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £15,040 per annum (pro rata of £37,600 FTE)Hours: 2 days per week, including some evening work Contract: Fixed term, 6 months (November 2026 – April 2027), with possible extension

We create high-quality theatre and provide opportunities for disabled artists to develop and thrive.We're seeking maternity cover for our Young Artists Development Officer, supporting an existing group of 12 disabled young creatives (18–25) to develop their production for April 2027.
