We are currently seeking a motivated junior profile to join upcoming client engagements in Brussels as soon as possible. You’ll join a learning journey that combines concrete client experience with continuous support and training, all in line with the values that define escent.About the ProgramYou will start your first mission directly within one of our partner clients, where you’ll contribute to projects related to digital transformation, business and functional analysis, primarily in the financial and banking sectors. As part of a 15 to 18-month mentoring and development program, you’ll combine hands-on experience with targeted learning and continuous coaching to grow into the role of a business analyst on IT transformation projects. Once your client assignment has started, you will take part in a intensive training program to accelerate your learning and strengthen your consulting fundamentalsYour profileMaster’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldYou have just graduated or have a maximum of 18 months experience in business analysis, finance, process management, project management or testing rolesAlternatively, you may have gained a first experience in an operational or IT role within the financial, banking, or insurance industryStrong interest in the financial, banking or insurance industryStrong interest in technology, digital transformation and IT systemsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with scripting/coding and prior experience with programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plusFamiliar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is an advantagesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearlyFluent in English and French (knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus)What we offerA challenging first client assignment with full support from escent’s mentoring teamA training covering business analysis, agile delivery, SQL, quality assurance, process modeling, and essential soft skills such as communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solvingA dedicated mentor to guide your journey from day oneA competitive salary package between €47,000 and €55,000 gross per year, including flexible mobility options.
