LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL – OTSEGO YACTLocation: Oneonta, NYSalary: $74K–$76KSchedule: Full-Time | HybridRemote: 2-3 days/weekRehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join its newly developing Otsego County Youth ACT Team, serving youth ages 10-20.This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, community-based mental health services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team using a youth-guided and family-driven approach.Key Responsibilities Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, and individual/family/group therapy Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning Collaborate with youth, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations Participate in team meetings and treatment planning Maintain accurate clinical documentationQualifications NYS Licensed LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required 2+ years working with youth and families preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Trauma-informed care experience is a plus Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged to apply Valid NYS driver's license requiredBenefits Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) and 403(b) Paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time Agency vehicle and mileage reimbursement Flexible hybrid schedule,
