Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are metEnsure safety and security, including security checksAssist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environmentHelp youth identify goals and interestsCultivate a positive program environmentAssign and lead daily group activitiesServe as an advocate and role model for youth Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related fieldAt least two years experience with the populationValid Massachusetts driver's licenseSupervisory experience is preferred Schedule:7am-3pm, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)11pm-7am, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off) Hourly Rate: $21.83 USD - $21.83 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
