Through partnerships with schools and community organizations, THU creates engaging learning experiences designed to help students discover new interests, build practical skills, develop confidence, and explore pathways for their future.Role DescriptionTrue Hustler University is seeking dynamic, versatile Youth Enrichment Instructors who are comfortable teaching and facilitating multiple subjects and career pathways.This is not a single-subject teaching position. THU instructors may lead programming across entrepreneurship, financial literacy, college & career readiness, journalism and media, photography, heat press and apparel production, culinary arts, cosmetology, barbering, music production, sports performance, life skills, and other vocational or creative pathways.You do not need to be an expert in every subject. We are looking for strong facilitators who are willing and able to learn THU curriculum, follow provided lesson plans and training, and confidently deliver engaging hands-on experiences across different program areas.Instructors will work with students in small groups and classroom settings, facilitate interactive lessons and projects, manage classroom dynamics, track participation and progress, prepare program materials, and collaborate with THU program leadership and school partners.Qualifications* Experience working with youth in educational, mentoring, coaching, recreation, or community-based settings.* Strong classroom/group management and facilitation skills.* Ability and willingness to teach multiple subjects and program pathways.* Comfortable learning new material and delivering curriculum outside of your primary area of expertise.* Energetic, engaging, dependable, and able to connect with young people.* Ability to follow curriculum while bringing your own personality and creativity to instruction.* Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.* Experience in education, entrepreneurship, skilled trades, creative industries, youth development, or workforce development is a plus.* Must be reliable and comfortable working on-site at THU partner schools and community locations.
