Youth Welfare Assistant

The Gym Coach will be responsible for delivering safe and effective fitness training sessions, supporting members in achieving their fitness goals, and maintaining a professional and well-organized training environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct gym and fitness training sessions for individuals with different fitness levels and age groups. Guide members on proper exercise techniques, posture, and safe training practices. Ensure the proper and safe use of gym equipment. Maintain an organized, professional, and safe training environment. Support the overall organization and daily operations of the gym as required. Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and gym regulations. Qualifications & RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals of different age groups and fitness levels. Professional, energetic, responsible, and service-oriented approach. CPT certification or another recognized local fitness certification is an advantage. Skills or certification in Yoga, Fitness Training, and/or Pilates are considered an advantage.
