Location: Seattle, WAJob Type: 1099 Independent ContractorCompensation: $55-75/hourContract Duration: 6 Months About ATT Metrology SolutionsATT Metrology Solutions provides dimensional metrology services and engineering solutions to aerospace, defense, energy, medical device, automotive, and advanced manufacturing customers throughout North America.We are seeking an experienced ZEISS CALYPSO Programmer to support customer projects on a flexible, project-by-project basis. ATT will provide a licensed CALYPSO software seat, and all programming will be performed onsite at the customer facility.This position is ideal for an experienced programmer who can work independently with minimal supervision and serve as a technical resource to both ATT and our customers. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience with:3+ years of ZEISS CALYPSO programming experience.Creating CALYPSO programs from scratch as well as modifying and optimizing existing programs.Programming ZEISS bridge CMMs (PRISMO preferred, with experience on CONTURA, ACCURA, or similar ZEISS platforms considered a plus).Articulated/indexing probe heads (RDS or equivalent) and advanced probe configurations.VAST Navigator and ZEISS scanning technologies (VAST XT, VAST Gold, or similar).Probe qualification, stylus system design, and advanced scanning strategies.CAD-based programming using STEP, IGES, CATIA, Parasolid, or equivalent CAD formats.GD&T interpretation in accordance with ASME Y14.5.Freeform surface, profile, and curve inspection.Troubleshooting and optimizing existing inspection programs.PCM (Parameter Coded Measurement) programming is preferred.Aerospace manufacturing and AS9100 experience is preferred.ZEISS INSPECT experience is a plus.ITAR RequirementSome customer projects involve information subject to U.S. export control regulations.
