ZIKI PLATFORM MANAGER

An exciting career opportunity has arisen within CBZ BANK LIMITED for the position of Ziki Platform Manager, Digital Banking and Alternative Channels Division. The role: What we expect from you.Leads in the ownership and management of the Zikimall and Zikicash product roadmap end-to-end.Champions the continuous identification, evaluation and pitching of new features and ideas for the platform.Manage the onboarding of new merchants, billers and service categories onto Zikimall.Manage relationships with technology and payment partners supporting the platform.Negotiate integration agreements for new products and channels.Coordinates UAT sign offs for new merchants and partner integrations. Drives adoption of Zikicash for the Diaspora market segment.Identifies and implement new remittance corridors, top up options and wallet features.Monitors Zikicash transaction performance and recommends enhancements.Administers a structured pipeline for sourcing, testing and launching new ideas on the platform. Monitors and ensures that new features and integrations comply with regulatory, risk and card scheme requirements.Maintains accurate records of Business Requirement Documents [BRDs], Change and Release forms and Compliance documentation for the platform. Contributes to reconciliation and dispute resolution processes for Zikimall and Zikicash transactions. Prepares performance reports and business cases for Bank EXCO and various committees. Monitors platform performance, uptime and transaction success rates and escalations. Qualifications, Skills, and experience required.Possess a degree in Information Technology, Electronic Commerce, Banking and Finance, Marketing or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution. Have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Banking, E-Commerce, Fintech product or platform management preferably in the financial services sector or similar digitally enabled commercial environment. Should possess traceable experience in product or platform management and roadmap ownership.Have solid stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.Possess deep knowledge and understanding of digital payments, card schemes and e-commerce platforms.Should have strong negotiation and vendor/partner management skills and competencies. Have well developed presentation and report writing skills.Should have solid knowledge and understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance [ESG] principles and protocols and their impacts and mitigation to the Bank.
