Franchise partners also gain access to a global network of 300+ qualified teachers and a full suite of branded course materials covering certified language classes, corporate training, and soft-skills programs.Role Description As the Zimbabwe Online Language School Franchise Partner, you will oversee the development and growth of Lingua Learn’s presence in Zimbabwe through a contract, remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing local operations, promoting Lingua Learn’s online language programs, and building relationships with individual learners, schools, and corporate clients. You will coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team to implement marketing campaigns, manage finances and pricing, and ensure consistent service quality across all offerings. The role involves supervising local staff or freelancers as needed, organizing training schedules using Lingua Learn’s global teacher network, and monitoring performance metrics to drive enrollment and retention. You will also be responsible for strategic planning in your territory, adapting global materials to local market needs, and representing Lingua Learn’s brand in professional and community networks.Qualifications Franchising and Ownership skills to manage and grow a local franchise business in Zimbabwe.Training skills to organize, oversee, and support learning programs and staff development.Finance skills to handle budgeting, pricing, revenue tracking, and basic financial reporting.Sales skills to attract new students, secure corporate clients, and build sustainable partnerships.Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in education, language services, or related sectors preferred.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in English and familiarity with local languages an advantage.Comfort working remotely with international teams, using digital tools for collaboration and customer management.Ability to analyze local market trends and develop effective go-to-market strategies for online education services.
