SEVEN operates its entire business on Zoho, using around 30 applications across memberships, class and service bookings, billing for multiple legal entities, HR, payroll, support, and reporting. We are seeking a Zoho Administrator, rather than a Zoho CRM developer, to take ownership of the configuration, automation, integrations, and data integrity across our full Zoho ecosystem. The role also requires working knowledge of React and Node.js, as several external systems integrate with Zoho, and the successful candidate should be flexible and willing to support projects beyond the Zoho environment as business needs evolve.Key Responsibilities Full administration of the Zoho One tenant — users, roles, profiles, permissions sharing rules, field-level security and app provisioning Configure, customize and maintain CRM modules, layouts, custom views, workflows,blueprints, dashboards and automations Develop and troubleshoot Deluge functions — standalone, workflow, scheduled andbutton-triggered Build backend logic, workflows and scheduled tasks across Zoho apps Manage API and webhook integrations with external systems Build and maintain Zoho Creator applications Ensure correct integration between Zoho products Maintain data accuracy, run audits and resolve system performance issues Document every configuration change — what changed, why, and how to revert it Collaborate with internal teams, provide support and technical recommendations Support and extend applications built in React and Node.js that integrate with the Zohoestate Take on additional projects outside the Zoho scope of work where the business requires it Applications in scope Core: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator Finance: Zoho Books — multiple organizations, multi-currency, tax configuration Operations: Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory People: Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Recruit Reporting: Zoho Analytics — workspaces, data sources, scheduled syncs Platform: Zoho One admin console RequirementsEssential: Valid Zoho certification — candidates must hold a current Zoho certification and provide the certificate for verification at application stage. Uncertified applicants will not be considered. Proven experience administering Zoho One as a whole tenant, not Zoho CRM alone, with confidence across the main Zoho applications listed above Strong Deluge scripting, including API calls from Deluge, error handling and scheduled functions Zoho CRM REST API and COQL, including bulk read/write operations and their batch limits Zoho Books configuration across multiple organizations Zoho Analytics — workspaces, data sources, and keeping syncs healthy after schema change Zoho Flow — building and debugging multi-step flows Zoho Creator application development Working knowledge of React and Node.js Fluent written and spoken English Able to work independently, respond same-day during core hours, and deliver without close supervision Desirable: Additional Zoho certifications across multiple applications Zoho People, Payroll, Recruit, Campaigns, Sign Experience in a fitness, hospitality, clinic or membership business Stripe, POS or payment reconciliation experience Git and basic deployment workflow familiarity Delivery expectation: Delivery-focused role. Multiple completed tickets per day for routine configuration work, and larger builds scoped and delivered against agreed dates. Work is tracked in Asana and reviewed weekly.
