T-Hub is building a vibrant ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurs and organisations to innovate, scale, and create meaningful impact.About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on professional to build, customize, and improve business applications across the Zoho ecosystem, with a strong focus on Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho People.You’ll work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable applications, workflows, automations, and integrations that improve how teams operate.Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting
• Customize Zoho CRM and Zoho People to support evolving business processes
• Design workflows, approvals, dashboards, reports, and process automations
• Build integrations using REST APIs, Zoho APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and application designs
• Design simple and intuitive forms, dashboards, layouts, and user journeys
• Own testing, UAT, deployment, enhancements, and production support
• Prepare process documentation, BRDs/FRDs, SOPs, and workflow diagrams as required
• Conduct solution demos and user training, and coordinate with internal teams and implementation partnersWho We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Zoho development, low-code applications, business applications, or process automation
• Strong hands-on expertise in Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho People; working knowledge of Zoho Books is an advantage
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, data modelling, and role-based access
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
