Zoho CRM Developer / Administrator

This role is full onsite role in Northgate Alabang and graveyard shift from 9pm to 6am.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer / Administrator to continue the development, customization, and implementation of our Zoho CRM platform for our recruitment operations. Zoho CRM is being developed to serve as our central candidate database and recruitment management platform, connected to our existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Zoho CRM Developer will take an active role in completing and supporting Phase 1 while leading the technical development of Phase 2 – Client Dashboards & Reporting and Phase 3 – AI Agents & Automation.Key responsibilitiesContinue the development and customization of our Zoho CRM implementationReview and understand the existing Phase 1 configuration and developmentSupport Phase 1 testing, user training, rollout, troubleshooting, and optimizationCustomize modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, views, related lists, and user interfacesDevelop custom functions using Deluge scriptingConfigure workflows, validation rules, assignment rules, Blueprint processes, and other Zoho automationMaintain and improve integration between our ATS and Zoho CRMDevelop integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methodsBuild dashboards and reports for recruiters, management, and eventually clientsMonitor data synchronization and troubleshoot integration issuesAbout youProven hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho CRMStrong knowledge of Deluge scriptingExperience with Zoho CRM APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrationsStrong understanding of workflows, Blueprint, custom modules, layouts, permissions, and automationExperience building Zoho CRM dashboards and reportsExperience troubleshooting integrations and data synchronizationUnderstanding of database architecture, field mapping, and data integrityAbility to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to independently manage development projects from requirement gathering through implementationTo advance your application, please click the link to complete the one‑way video interview so we can move you to the next recruitment stage.https://app.hireflix.com/public-application/6a91afdd77003095e6a34a12
