We're building a lean, capable team that moves fast and delivers reliably under real client deadlines.About the RoleWe're looking for a Zoho Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on live Zoho implementations and is comfortable with workflow automation, customization, and integrations. Beginner to intermediate-level candidates are encouraged to apply — we value initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn over years of experience alone.This is a hybrid position: you'll work remotely most of the time, with occasional in-person collaboration required in Lahore.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain workflow automations across Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related modules) Customize Zoho CRM including modules, fields, layouts, workflow rules, blueprints, and functions (Deluge scripting) Build and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Zoho setups Work directly with clients and internal team members to gather requirements and translate them into working solutions Deliver assigned tasks within tight project timelines without compromising quality Document configurations and automations for internal reference and client handoverRequirements1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Flow, or similar) Working knowledge of Deluge scripting Understanding of workflow automation concepts and Zoho Flow Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills in English Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup, with availability for occasional in-person meetings in LahoreNice to HavePrior exposure to CRM implementations beyond Zoho (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Experience working with international clients or on Upwork/freelance projects Basic understanding of business process mappingWhat We OfferHybrid flexibility with a primarily remote work structure Direct mentorship and hands-on exposure to real client projects Opportunity to grow into more senior automation/CRM roles as the team scales A collaborative, fast-paced environment where good work gets noticedHow to ApplyInterested candidates should apply directly through this posting with an updated resume.
