Experience: 3–5 YearsLocation: Mumbai (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeBudget : 4-5 lacs P.AJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with 3–5 years of hands-onexperience in designing, developing, and implementing Zoho applications and businessautomation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho CRM,Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation. Thecandidate will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, buildscalable solutions, and optimize business processes.Key Responsibilities• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, ZohoBooks, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications.• Design and implement custom modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints,functions, and automation.• Develop applications using Zoho Creator with Deluge scripting.• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs,Webhooks, OAuth, and JSON.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.• Perform data migration, import/export, and data cleansing activities.• Optimize existing Zoho implementations for better performance and scalability.• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technicalsolutions.• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and deployment processes.• Provide technical support and user training when required.Required Skills• 3–5 years of experience as a Zoho Developer.• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization.• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator.• Expertise in Deluge scripting.• Experience with Zoho Flow.• Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and XML.• Experience with Workflow Rules, Blueprints, Approval Processes, and Functions.• Strong understanding of Zoho Analytics.• Experience integrating payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, orthird-party applications is preferred.• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frontend customization.• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills• Experience with Zoho One implementation.• Knowledge of AWS, Google APIs, or Microsoft APIs.• Experience with Git or version control systems.• Understanding of CRM best practices and business process automation.• Experience in the Real Estate domain is an added advantage.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, ora related field.Soft Skills• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.• Good time management and multitasking skills.• Strong documentation and presentation skills.Nice to Have• Experience with WhatsApp Business API integrations.• Experience with payment gateway integrations.• Experience with telephony integrations.• Knowledge of AI integrations within Zoho ecosystem.• Experience with CI/CD and deployment processes.What We Offer• Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.• Exposure to end-to-end business automation projects.
