Zoho Developer

We are looking for a Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end implementation, customisation and continuous improvement of Meritto’s Zoho ecosystem. This is a hands-on builder-owner role. The individual will be responsible not only for configuring applications, but also for designing and developing custom solutions using Deluge scripting, Zoho RPA, Zoho Creator, workflows, APIs, webhooks, integrations, Google Apps Script, Python, Java and other relevant tools.Meritto uses a broad Zoho ecosystem comprising 50+ applications and connected business processes. The successful candidate will understand how these applications work individually and together, assess the impact of proposed changes, and build solutions that are scalable, secure, stable and easy to maintain.What You Will OwnEnd-to-end technical implementation of Zoho solutions assigned to Operations Excellence.Customisation and integration across multiple Zoho applications.Feasibility assessment and solution recommendation for new business requirements.Development and maintenance of Deluge functions, RPA bots, workflows, integrations and automations.Stability, performance, security and maintainability of the solutions implemented.Technical documentation, testing standards and implementation quality.Continuous improvement of the organisation’s Zoho ecosystem.Must-Have Skills and Experience1–3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho implementation, business systems, automation, application development or internal tools.Strong practical experience with the Zoho ecosystem and hands-on exposure to multiple Zoho applications.Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, including custom functions, data manipulation, API calls and error handling.Experience building workflows, approval processes, automations and integrations within Zoho applications.Hands-on experience with Zoho RPA, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator or comparable low-code automation platforms.Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication methods and third-party integrations.Proficiency in Google Apps Script.Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, data processing and problem-solving.Ability to understand application architecture, data models, system dependencies and end-to-end data flows.Experience with testing, debugging, deployment and post-implementation support.Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve development speed, code quality and problem-solving.Good to HaveExperience implementing or administering Zoho across a multi-function organisation.Exposure to Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Projects, Analytics, People, Books, Cliq, Forms, Flow, RPA, Sign, Contracts or Finance applications.Experience building custom widgets, pages or front-end components using HTML, CSS or JavaScript.Experience integrating Zoho with Google Workspace, Slack, HRMS, CRMs, finance systems or other enterprise applications.Familiarity with data migration, data cleansing, role-based access control and application governance.Experience working in an internal business systems, operations excellence, IT automation or digital transformation team.Relevant certifications in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow or Zoho.
