Job Description: Zoho DeveloperPosition: Zoho DeveloperDepartment: IT / Software DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to design, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Analytics, Flow, etc.). The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable, automated solutions within Zoho.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize applications using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho One suite productsWrite custom functions, workflows, and business rules using Deluge scripting languageIntegrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho FlowBuild custom modules, layouts, fields, and views in Zoho CRM/Creator based on business needsAutomate business processes through workflow rules, blueprints, and macrosDevelop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho AnalyticsMigrate data between systems and Zoho applications, ensuring data integrityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrationsCollaborate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Support) to gather requirementsMaintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrationsEnsure data security, user roles, and permission structures are properly configuredStay updated with new Zoho features and recommend improvementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field3–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.)Strong proficiency in Deluge scriptingExperience with REST/SOAP API integrationsWorking knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for custom widgets/portals)Familiarity with Zoho Flow for cross-application automationUnderstanding of database concepts (SQL, data modeling)Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, payment gateways, ERP systems, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholdersGood to HaveZoho certifications (Zoho CRM/Creator Certified Developer)Experience with Zoho Books/Inventory for finance automationKnowledge of Python/PHP for custom backend integrationsPrior experience in a SaaS or product-based companyExperience with Zoho Sign, Zoho Projects, or Zoho SprintsSoft SkillsStrong ownership and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on process optimization
