We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, integrating, and administering Zoho applications to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Those who are not in the UAE may also apply.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator (Low-Code Platform).Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, and reports.Administer and optimize Zoho Projects for project tracking and team collaboration.Configure and support Zoho Desk to enhance customer support operations.Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support.Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance across Zoho applications.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.Document system configurations, workflows, and processes.Requirements A bachelor’s degreeBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Zoho Development.Minimum 2 years of experience in Zoho Administration.A certification in Zoho Creator.Strong hands-on experience with:Zoho Creator (Low-Code Platform), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho DeskProficiency in Deluge scripting.Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.Knowledge of database concepts and data migration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Nice to haveExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Zoho DevelopmentZoho CreatorLow-code platformZoho Certified CRM DeveloperZoho Creator Certified Associate/DeveloperZoho Advanced Analytics certification.
