Zoho Developer / Consultant

Job OverviewIT Enablers Global, a Zoho Premium Partner, is seeking an experienced Zoho Developer/Consultant based in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise implementing, customizing, and extending Zoho applications for SME and enterprise clients across the UAE and wider GCC region.This role involves translating business requirements into working Zoho solutions, building custom functionality, integrating Zoho with third-party systems, and supporting clients through implementation and post-go-live phases while working closely with sales, project management, and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & ConfigurationGather and document client requirements, then configure Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related applications to match business workflowsCustomize modules, layouts, fields, workflows, blueprints, and approval processesBuild automation using Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflow rules, and schedulesDevelop reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client reporting needsDevelopment & IntegrationDesign and build integrations between Zoho applications and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and connectorsDevelop custom applications on Zoho Creator where standard products do not fitMigrate data from legacy systems into Zoho with accuracy and validationTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across deployed solutionsClient & Project SupportConduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and client discovery sessionsDeliver user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation supportCollaborate with sales teams during pre-sales scoping and solution designManage multiple client engagements and deliver within agreed timelinesRequired Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements2 to 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Zoho applicationsStrong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho One, with exposure to Zoho Creator, Books, Desk, or Analytics an advantageProficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho custom functionsExperience with REST APIs, integrations, and data migrationSolid understanding of business processes across sales, finance, operations, or serviceExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clientsSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projectsPreferredExperience delivering to clients in the UAE or GCC marketHow to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated CV to hr@itenablersglobal.com, mentioning "Zoho Developer / Consultant" in the subject line along with a brief summary of relevant Zoho projects you have delivered.Job Type: Full-time Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)
