Headquartered in Delhi with counseling centers across the globe, Aimlay is committed to equitable, transformative education in alignment with SDG 4, enabling learners to gain recognition for their lifelong learning journeys.Role Description The Zoho Developer – Education/Edtech will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho-based solutions to support Aimlay’s educational and recruitment workflows. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi involves configuring and customizing Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and related tools), integrating third-party systems, and optimizing processes for admissions, counseling, and learner management. The role includes analyzing business requirements, implementing automation and custom scripts, building dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity and security across platforms. The Zoho Developer will collaborate closely with operations, counseling, and leadership teams to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.Qualifications- Experience in ZOHO CRMCandidates should possess Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills to create efficient, reusable, and secure code.Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, etc.) and Zoho Deluge scripting.Experience integrating Zoho with other platforms via APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools, especially in an education or edtech environment.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field; relevant certifications in Zoho or web development are an advantage.Interested candidates can share their resume on: Surbhi.Jain@aimlay.com or call directly on: 9289550058 RegardsSurbhi Jain
