They wish to enhance their Lead to Deal Business Process Automation using Zoho's CRM+ platform. This would include Omni Channel Lead Capture, Lead filtration, Lead Scoring, Generative AI based Chatbot Integration to their digital Assets to match leads to Products and convert them to orders.Open PositionsCRM Architect (4-6 years of Post Qualification Experience) - 1CRM Developer Engineer (2-4 years of Post Qualification Experience) - 3Role DescriptionFull-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for CRM Specialist certified in Zoho (preferred) . The Developer(s) and Architects will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho CRM+ solutions, integrating systems, managing databases, and creating web services. Daily tasks will include collaborating with teams to automate business processes, ensuring seamless CRM functionality, and providing technical support to enhance service efficiency. Candidates must have prior experience of configuring Omni Channel Campaigns using Web-2-Lead, Email-2-Lead, WhatsApp-2-Lead, as well as Call Centre Solution Integrations.QualificationsProficiency in Software Development and CRM systems, including Salesforce &/ Zoho CRMExperience with Integration technologies and Web Services developmentStrong knowledge of Databases, including managing and optimising BULK database operationsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on process automationExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredPrior experience with Zoho ecosystem products or Salesforce CRM is a MUSTNOTE : All Experience & Qualifications must be Post Degree Award Date - internship//self study during Course is not counted.
