We’re looking for someone who can independently understand a client’s existing system, plan the migration, execute it accurately, and validate the results.Strong Zoho Development, Implementation, Integration and Migration experience is essential. Hands-on experience migrating data into or out of Odoo is strongly preferred.What you will doDevelop and customise Zoho applications, workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge and APIs.Own data migration projects from discovery and source-data assessment through mapping, transformation, trial migrations, production cutover, and handover.Migrate data between Zoho, Odoo, other business applications, databases, and CSV/Excel files.Clean and deduplicate data while preserving record relationships, reference IDs, and relevant transaction history.Build repeatable migration scripts and integrations with logging, error handling, and safe retry processes.Reconcile source and destination data, investigate discrepancies, and document exceptions.Plan backups, rollback or recovery procedures, and final incremental data transfers where needed.Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, explain risks, coordinate testing, and obtain migration sign-off.Produce clear documentation and provide post-migration support.Essential experienceProven hands-on Zoho development and implementation experience, particularly with Zoho CRM and relevant Zoho One applications.Strong Deluge scripting and REST API integration skills, including OAuth, pagination, rate limits, and bulk operations.Personal responsibility for completed production data migrations—not only routine spreadsheet imports.Strong understanding of field mapping, data types, unique identifiers, relational data, duplicate prevention, and validation.SQL proficiency and practical scripting experience in Python or JavaScript for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Ability to work independently, estimate delivery effort, identify risks, and communicate clearly with clients.Strongly preferredHands-on Odoo migration experience, including familiarity with its data models, external IDs, relational fields, imports, and APIs.Experience with Zoho Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, or Flow.Migration experience involving customers, vendors, products, stock, sales and purchase records, invoices, payments, or attachments.Understanding of financial and inventory reconciliation, such as opening balances, outstanding invoices, and stock quantities.Experience delivering projects in a consultancy, implementation partner, or software agency.What success looks likeYou can take ownership of implementation, development and migration, explain how you will protect data integrity, demonstrate that the results reconcile, and hand over a working system with clear documentation.Why join Codify?You will work directly with the founder as an early member of our Dubai technical team, with meaningful ownership of client projects and the opportunity to help build our implementation and migration practice.How to applyApply with your CV and a brief summary of two implementation and migrations you personally delivered, including:Features developed.Source and destination systems.Types of records and approximate data volumes.Your personal responsibilities and the tools used.The most difficult issue and how you resolved it.How you verified completeness and accuracy.Please also include your current location, notice period, expected monthly salary package, and whether you have hands-on Odoo migration experience.Do not share confidential client data or credentials.Selection process: introductory discussion, technical walkthrough, and a short practical assessment for shortlisted candidates.
