Team members work with modern cloud technologies and Zoho platforms to design solutions that deliver measurable business impact.Role Description : The Zoho Expert will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications, with a primary focus on Zoho Apps - to support client business processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, designing workflows, building automation scripts, integrating Zoho with other systems, and troubleshooting application issues. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide technical guidance, optimize existing implementations, and deliver user training and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, requiring regular interaction with local team members and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho, including configuration and customization.Skills in workflow design, automation, scripting (such as Deluge), and integration of Zoho with third-party tools or APIs.Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions.Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization for cloud-based business applications.Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing end-user support, training, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in implementation or consulting roles with SaaS/ERP/CRM platforms is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Salem and willingness to engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
