We’re Hiring – Zonal Sales Manager (West) Department: Sales – Car Finance​Location: Pune / Mumbai Experience 16–23 Years Key Roles & Responsibilities ∙Responsible for driving sales across the car finance business for the Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP & Goa). ∙Taking care of car loan (used/new) business across all states. ∙Managing Regional, Cluster Teams & Branches, with further expansion at regular intervals. ∙Achievement of business plan. ∙Regular review meetings with teams at below & above levels. ∙Team motivation for business growth. ∙Portfolio management in coordination with Credit, Operations & Collections. ∙Strong check on ED & NS cases. ∙Team building. ∙Training and people development. What We’re Looking For ∙An aggressive and versatile business professional with a proven track record. ∙Good grasp of collections. ∙Detailed knowledge of the vehicle loan/refinance industry. ∙Strong network/relationships with dealers and resellers. ∙Candidates from the NBFC/Banking sector will only be considered for this profile.
