Zone Manager — Commercial Cleaning / JanitorialLocation: Plano, TXCompensation: $100,000 Base SalaryEmployment Type: Full-TimeLanguage Requirement: Bilingual English/SpanishTAKON Talent is representing an established commercial cleaning and janitorial services company seeking an experienced Zone Manager to oversee operations, customer relationships, and field teams across an assigned territory in the Plano, Texas market.This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who understands how to manage people, maintain high service standards, and deliver consistent results across multiple commercial customer locations.The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or another commercial facility services environment and is comfortable managing a large, distributed frontline workforce.Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.What You'll DoOversee day-to-day commercial cleaning and janitorial operations across multiple customer locationsLead, coach, and develop site managers, supervisors, and frontline cleaning teamsEnsure consistent service quality and adherence to customer expectations across assigned accountsConduct regular site visits and maintain a visible presence with employees and customersManage staffing levels, scheduling, labor utilization, and workforce coverageRecruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing employeesBuild strong relationships with customers and serve as a key operational point of contactProactively identify and resolve service issues before they impact customer relationshipsMonitor operational KPIs, quality standards, and account performanceImplement corrective actions when service or operational performance falls below expectationsEnsure teams follow company procedures, safety requirements, and customer-specific standardsPartner with leadership on account performance, staffing needs, operational challenges, and growth opportunitiesSupport new account launches and transitionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfactionBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, and consistent executionRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of leadership experience within commercial facility servicesExperience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services strongly preferredBilingual English/Spanish fluency requiredExperience leading frontline, hourly, or field-based employeesStrong understanding of staffing, scheduling, workforce management, and service deliveryAbility to manage operations across multiple customer locationsStrong customer relationship and communication skillsAbility to coach employees, hold teams accountable, and address performance issuesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environmentAbility to travel regularly throughout the assigned territoryThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who understands the realities of commercial facility services and enjoys being close to the operation.You should be comfortable visiting customer locations, working directly with supervisors and frontline employees, addressing staffing and service issues, meeting with customers, and ensuring the work gets done correctly.While direct commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is strongly preferred, candidates with at least one year of leadership experience in another commercial facility services environment will also be considered.Because a significant portion of the workforce is Spanish-speaking, the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential.Compensation & Benefits$100,000 base salaryCompetitive benefits packageEstablished and growing commercial cleaning organizationOpportunity for continued professional growth and advancementThis is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual operations leader who understands commercial facility services and wants to take ownership of people, customer relationships, and service performance across a significant territory.
