Zscaler Security Platform Specialist (Saudi National)

Zscaler Security Platform SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Zscaler Security Platform Specialist to provide onsite operational support and administration for RAC’s Zscaler environment, supporting approximately 3,000 users. The role will focus on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), ensuring platform security, availability, performance, and compliance with RAC’s requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX in a large-scale, multi-thousand-user environment.Configure and optimize security policies, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, cloud firewall, sandboxing, and access controls.Manage ZPA application segments, App Connectors, and access policies for secure remote and Zero Trust access.Monitor platform health, service availability, and user experience through ZDX dashboards.Troubleshoot Zscaler connectivity, authentication, policy enforcement, performance, and application-access issues.Manage SSO, MFA, IdP, and directory integrations, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.Analyze Zscaler logs and support SIEM integration and security-event correlation.Coordinate with Zscaler OEM support for escalations, bug fixes, RCA, and platform updates.Maintain configuration documentation, runbooks, change records, and operational procedures.Support platform health checks, license and entitlement tracking, audits, and NCA/SAMA-aligned compliance requirements.Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation handover to RAC’s Cybersecurity team.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Networking, or a related field.5+ years of experience in network security, cloud security, or security operations.Hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX administration and troubleshooting.Experience supporting large-scale SSE, SASE, or Secure Web Gateway (SWG) deployments.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, proxy, VPN, routing, firewalling, SSL/TLS, and DLP.Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments is an advantage.Mandatory CertificationZscaler Certified Administrator – ZIA or equivalent Zscaler product certification.Preferred CertificationsZscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP)Zscaler Certified ArchitectZscaler Certified Administrator – ZPACompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or CCNP SecurityKey Skills & Other RequirementsZscaler policy administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance monitoring.SAML SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID integration.SIEM, ITSM, incident management, and change management.Fluent in Arabic and English.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to comply with RAC’s confidentiality, NDA, and security-clearance requirements.
