In this role, the animator will create high-quality 3D animations for a variety of projects, including character and environment animation for film, advertising, and digital media. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing animation concepts, working with rigged models, applying motion capture data, and refining movement and performance to align with project requirements. The animator will collaborate with directors, modelers, rigging artists, and VFX teams to ensure visual continuity and storytelling impact. The role also involves optimizing animations for production pipelines, reviewing feedback, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of each project.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Animation and general Animation, with experience creating expressive, believable motion for characters and objects.Candidates should possess skills in Rigging and Motion Capture, including working with rigged assets and integrating motion capture data into animation workflows.Candidates should possess proficiency in Blender and related 3D tools, with the ability to handle modeling, keyframing, and rendering as needed.Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, an understanding of timing and weight, and a solid grasp of animation principles.Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take direction, respond to feedback, and work within production timelines.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Animation, VFX, or a related field, plus a portfolio or showreel demonstrating 3D animation work, will be highly beneficial.
