Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and mortgage needs to recommend suitable mortgage products. - Provide clear and accurate information on different types of mortgages and lending terms. - Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. - Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions. - Stay up-to-date with current mortgage market trends, products, and regulations in the UAE. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to mortgage advising. - Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar role within the UAE mortgage market. - Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and financial regulations in the UAE. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach. - Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored mortgage advice. - Professional qualifications or certifications related to mortgage advising are preferred. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively. - Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
