Applicants joining the company can expect a culture that values trust, precision, and excellence in design and production.Role Description The 3D Visualizer/2D Draftsman will create detailed 3D renderings and 2D technical drawings for custom furniture projects, ensuring designs align with client requirements and production capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include developing accurate visual concepts, preparing shop drawings, refining design details with project managers, and coordinating with production teams to ensure feasibility and clarity of specifications. The role also involves selecting and applying appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and graphic elements to support presentations and client approvals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, requiring close collaboration with factory and design staff to support efficient and high-quality manufacturing.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Visualization and Lighting skills to create realistic 3D renderings for furniture concepts.Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills to develop clear, visually appealing presentations and project materials.Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills to produce accurate 2D technical drawings and detailed shop drawings for manufacturing.Proficiency in relevant 3D and CAD software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is highly beneficial.Experience in furniture design, interior fit-out, or related manufacturing environments is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret client briefs, and effective communication skills are essential.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced production setting.A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
