Accommodation & Transport Manager

Job Summary:The Staff Accommodation and Transportation Incharge is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of staff housing and transportation services. This role ensures that employees are provided with safe, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation, as well as efficient transportation solutions, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Accommodation ManagementOversee the allocation, maintenance, and inspection of staff accommodation to ensure safety, cleanliness, and comfort.Maintain an updated inventory of housing units and occupancy records.Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upgrades in staff housing facilities.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards in all housing units.Handle staff grievances related to accommodations and resolve them promptly.Transportation ManagementPlan and oversee staff transportation schedules to ensure punctual and efficient services.Manage contracts and coordinate with third-party transportation providers.Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and compliant with local transportation regulations.Monitor and address staff concerns related to transportation services.Conduct regular route and safety assessments to optimize transportation services.Administrative DutiesMaintain records of accommodation and transportation expenses, ensuring alignment with the budget.Prepare and present regular reports on housing occupancy, vehicle utilization, and associated costs.Liaise with internal departments to anticipate staff accommodation and transportation needs.Handle emergencies related to accommodation or transportation, ensuring swift resolution.
