📢 We’re Hiring: Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per monthWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounts & Finance Manager to join our growing UAE retail business.As we prepare to acquire a new business, we are seeking a finance professional who can play a key role in ensuring a smooth acquisition process and, following completion, take responsibility for the overall accounting and financial management of our retail operations.Key Responsibilities* Support the acquisition process.* Review financial statements, accounts, liabilities, assets, and relevant financial records of the business being acquired.* Assist with financial integration and ensure a smooth transition following completion of the transaction.* Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.* Ensure compliance with applicable UAE tax regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory requirements.* Monitor financial performance, prepare management reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.* Establish and maintain effective financial controls, accounting procedures, and reporting systems.Requirements* CA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.* Proven accounting and finance experience in the UAE.* Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.* Experience in retail accounting, financial management, or multi-store operations is highly desirable.* Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.* Knowledge of Oracle or SAP will be an advantage.* Ability to work independently and manage financial matters during a business acquisition and integration.What We Offer* Competitive salary of AED 10,000–12,000 per month.* An opportunity to play a key role in a business acquisition.* Direct involvement in the financial integration and development of a growing UAE retail business.* Long-term responsibility for the overall accounts and finance function.📩 Interested candidates: Please apply through LinkedIn or send your CV via direct message.If you have the right qualifications and experience and are ready to take ownership of a growing retail business’s finance function, we would love to hear from you.Please share this post with suitable candidates in your network.#Hiring #AccountsAndFinanceManager #FinanceJobs #AccountingJobs #UAEJobs #DubaiJobs #CA #ACCA #RetailJobs #SAP #Oracle
