Mergers, Acquisitions & Investment Banking- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute corporate acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments.- Structure acquisitions involving financial institutions, banking-related businesses, NBFCs, asset management companies, and corporate portfolios.- Conduct acquisition valuations, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and investment negotiations.- Develop legally compliant acquisition and holding structures across India and the UAE.2. Capital Raising & Institutional Funding- Arrange project financing between USD 4 million and USD 50 million per transaction.- Introduce ready and verifiable investment capital from GCC family offices, private equity firms, institutional investors, and investment companies.- Secure equity funding, acquisition financing, structured capital, and asset-backed investment commitments.- Lead investment negotiations through funding agreements and successful capital deployment.- Demonstrate immediate capacity to originate qualified funding discussions.3. Banking & Financial Portfolio Development- Arrange investment capital for BLACKBULL's proposed India–UAE banking and financial portfolio projects.- Develop mortgage-backed investment channels, secured asset portfolios, and institutional financing partnerships.- Identify discounted acquisition opportunities involving distressed assets and corporate financial portfolios.- Establish investment holding structures and develop capital recycling strategies.- Coordinate banking relationships, escrow arrangements, and investment governance.4. Portfolio Growth & Capital OptimizationThe selected partner must demonstrate the ability to design and execute strategies targeting 2× portfolio development, subject to investment performance, market conditions, and risk controls.Responsibilities include:- Asset acquisition and portfolio consolidation.- Financial restructuring and investment monetization.- Portfolio diversification and capital optimization.- Institutional co-investment and strategic exits.- Risk-adjusted investment performance monitoring.The 2× portfolio objective is a strategic growth target, not a guaranteed investment return.Mandatory Eligibility- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or institutional project finance.- Strong professional presence and established investor relationships within GCC countries.- Proven experience executing USD 4 million–USD 50 million transactions.- Direct access to ready, legitimate, and verifiable investment capital.- Demonstrated ability to structure acquisitions and develop investment portfolios.- Advanced knowledge of financial valuation, due diligence, banking transactions, and investment risk management.- Ability to independently lead capital raising and acquisition execution.- Willingness to participate as an active equity partner rather than a conventional salaried employee.Equity Partnership & CompensationThis opportunity is exclusively for equity-oriented investment professionals.- Equity Ownership: Negotiable according to verified capital contribution, transaction execution, and agreed responsibilities.- Salary: Not guaranteed initially; any executive salary will depend on actual capital contribution and agreed funding milestones.- Profit Participation: Based on contractual equity rights and investment performance.- Leadership Role: Opportunity to lead BLACKBULL's international M&A and investment portfolio development activities.- Long-Term Partnership: Participation in strategic banking, financial asset, and corporate acquisition projects.All equity allocations and investment arrangements will be subject to definitive agreements, due diligence, and applicable regulations.Important Selection CriteriaWE ARE LOOKING FOR CAPITAL-READY INVESTMENT PARTNERS, NOT FUNDRAISING CONSULTANTS WITHOUT EXECUTION CAPACITY.Candidates must possess an established GCC investment network and demonstrate the ability to arrange funding for immediate project evaluation.Preference will be given to professionals with direct relationships with family offices, sovereign-linked investment organizations, private investment companies, and institutional capital providers.Banking acquisitions and regulated financial activities will proceed only after obtaining applicable approvals in India and the UAE.Application RequirementsInterested candidates must submit:1.
