Design Manager - Luxury Real Estate

We are seeking a talented Design Manager to join a prestigious Dubai-based real estate developer specializing in luxury residential, branded residences, commercial, and hospitality developments. The successful candidate will oversee the design process from concept development through execution, manage design consultants, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure design quality, functionality, budgets, and project timelines are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through detailed design and execution.
• Manage design consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Review design submissions to ensure quality, functionality, and alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project budgets, timelines, and design objectives.
• Oversee design coordination, value engineering, and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and relevant design standards.
• Maintain design excellence across luxury residential, branded residences, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Proven experience 7+ years in design management within real estate development.
• Experience in branded residences, luxury hospitality, and/or premium commercial projects.
• Strong background in design development, consultant management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to balance design excellence with project budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
