Account Receivable Associate

In addition, Jet Commerce offers a variety of other services through its various business units, including Omnichannel System, Live Commerce, Warehousing and Fulfillment Service.Jet Commerce currently operates in six Asian countries: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and many more to come.Position: Account Receivable Jr. SpecialistWhat will you do:Create invoice based on Contract/Quotation/Sales Order.Responsible for collecting payments from Account Receivable / Other Receivable.Check and update the bank statement information to system.Classified all bank receipt based on its nature for Cash Flow Statement.Create journal for invoicing, bank receipt and accrued revenue accurately.Reconcile account journal and listing tie up with Trial Balance every month.Prepare accounting related entries to numerous journals and maintain Company’s accounting processes.Assist in monthly closing by ensuring all cash receipt & cash out transactions are properly recorded.Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all financial transactions.Prepare and report any tasks that assigned from Upper Level.Prepare weekly report for all Outstanding Account Receivable and Other Receivable to Manager.What you will need:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major.At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting is required for this position.Ability to function Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Have extensive knowledge in A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Financial Statement as well as taxation.Have a high attention to detail, good communication skill and interpersonal skill.Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus (Can speak, read and write Mandarin very well)Able to work independently and meet tight deadline.Can join immediately.
