Through its projects, the company supports the growth of the hospitality and tourism industries while creating sustainable value for customers, partners, and stakeholders.Role Description The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, tracking expenses, and supporting budget preparation and cost control for real estate and hospitality projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards, as well as assisting with audits and financial reporting to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, working closely with finance and operations teams to support accurate and timely financial decision-making.QualificationsStrong skills in financial accounting, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.Experience managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for real estate or hospitality projects.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; comfort working with ERP systems is an advantage.Understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit processes in Saudi Arabia.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., SOCPA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.Effective communication skills in Arabic and English language proficiency is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
