Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with business objectives and brand standards.Lead product knowledge, makeup artistry, sales techniques, and customer service training.Design and deliver classroom, digital, and on-the-job training programs.Coach and develop Beauty Advisors, Store Managers, and retail teams.Manage training performance through LMS platforms and measurable KPIs.Evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on sales performance and customer experience.Lead and develop the field training team across KSA.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience in training management within the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.Strong understanding of makeup artistry, product training, and retail sales excellence.Experience developing and implementing training strategies across multiple retail locations.Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to translate training initiatives into measurable business results.
