Sales Executive

Adaptive TechSoft is expanding its footprint in the Healthcare and Education domain across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a proactive, self-driven and highly responsive Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh and take our Healthcare and Education technology portfolio to the market. In this role, you will be in the field — generating leads, opening doors, and presenting our value propositions to decision-makers.Role OverviewYour main focus will be new business. You will build a qualified pipeline, secure meetings with the right stakeholders, and deliver high-level value-proposition presentations of the solutions our Business Development team bundles for the Healthcare and Education market. You will work in close cooperation with Business Development, who will support you on solution positioning, proposals and tender responses, and will join you in customer meetings during your onboarding period.Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a qualified pipeline across KSA.
• Run structured prospecting and consistent follow-up (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, events) to secure first meetings.
• Present our technology portfolio and value propositions at a high level.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and customer meetings across the Kingdom (approximately 30–40% travel required).
• Qualify customer needs and hand over structured requirements to the Business Development team for solution bundling, proposals and tenders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and forecast records, and report progress on a weekly basis.
• Nurture existing relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent Adaptive TechSoft at technology events, exhibitions and customer workshops.Qualifications & Skills
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, solution sales or business development in a client-facing field role.
• Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and secure meetings — this is a hunting role, not an inbound one.
• Native Arabic speaker with an excellent command of the English language.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly responsive, proactive, resilient and target-driven, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Valid KSA driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the Kingdom.
• Previous technology or IT solution sales experience is a strong plus.What We Offer
