Budget & Procurement Manager

Finance & Procurement Manager (Immediate Start)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaProject Duration: Immediate – March 2027We are looking for a highly skilled Finance & Procurement Manager with exceptionally strong budgeting expertise to support a major football tournament project in Riyadh. This role requires deep financial understanding, accuracy in numbers, and proven experience managing complex budgets and procurement functions in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full budgeting cycle for the project, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.Develop and maintain detailed budget models to ensure accurate financial planning.Oversee procurement operations including vendor sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, and contract management.Ensure all procurement and financial processes strictly adhere to approved budgets.Provide strategic financial recommendations, cost-saving insights, and risk assessments.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth and efficient project delivery.Maintain strong financial documentation and ensure compliance for audits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, and procurement (experience in large-scale events or projects is an advantage).Exceptional budgeting skills with a strong track record of managing complex budgets and cost control.Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting abilities.Proven experience in procurement negotiations and vendor management.Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Available to join immediately and commit until March 2027.
