Clinical Psychologist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and group counseling, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include administering and interpreting psychological tests, documenting clinical notes and progress reports, and maintaining accurate, confidential records. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, offering clinical supervision or guidance when appropriate, and participating in case consultations and internal trainings. The Clinical Psychologist will also contribute to mental health awareness initiatives, support employee well-being programs, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in psychological practice.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical clinical work.Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments.Experience in Mental Health care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for diverse populations.Background in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or supporting other practitioners or trainees in clinical settings.Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Relevant professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia, in line with local regulations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive practice.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage a structured caseload in an on-site environment.Experience in organizational or occupational mental health settings, or familiarity with corporate environments, is an advantage.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial for client communication and local context.
