The role involves performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with property management and operations teams to minimize downtime, support smooth facility operations, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.QualificationsStrong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for building and facility systems.Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.Experience in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution to reduce equipment failures.Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices for commercial complexes and hospitality properties.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or commercial properties is preferred.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, handle physical tasks, and respond to emergencies when needed.High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
