As we scale, we're investing in the people, processes, and technology that let us deliver an elite, professionally run merch operation for every artist we work with.ROLE SUMMARYThis is the AP seat that keeps our payables moving — accurately and on time — in a high-volume environment. You'll own bill entry, PO matching, and payment processing from day one, working directly in Acumatica alongside a team that's actively modernizing how the department runs.This role replaces work currently handled offshore. As you settle in, you'll take on more of the month-end reconciliation work — prepaid expenses, accruals, and suspense account clearing — with review from the Senior Accountant along the way.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bill & Expense Entry - Own bill entry, credit card expense entry, and PO-to-invoice matching.
• PO & Production Coordination - Correspond with Account Management & Production to keep PO approvals moving and open POs closed in a timely manner.
• Vendor Relationships - Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor portals as needed.
• Vendor/Project Set-ups - Set up and manage all new vendors and projects as requested.
• Fee & Expense Reconciliation - Record e-commerce fees, reclass any misclassified expenses, and expense any multi-artist transactions at the artist and divisional level.
• Growth Path - Take on prepaid expense/insurance analysis, security deposit analysis, general accruals, and suspense account reclasses as you ramp up, reviewed by the Senior Accountant.WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience with high-volume accounts payable processing
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business a plus
• Acumatica experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working against month-end close deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong reconciliation skillsCOMPENSATION$50,000 – $60,000, based on experience.
