Administration Manage

Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership for Evolution Auto’s operations in Sri Lanka, with a primary base on-site in Colombo. This full-time role includes defining business strategy, overseeing market entry and expansion initiatives, and guiding commercial activities across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading senior teams, setting performance goals, reviewing operational and financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Director will build and manage key partnerships, represent the company with external stakeholders, and drive initiatives that strengthen brand positioning in the New Energy Vehicle sector. The role also includes budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and continuous improvement of processes to support sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership skills in managing senior teams, setting priorities, and making data-informed decisions in a complex business environment.Strategic planning and business development experience, including market analysis, go-to-market planning, and regional expansion within or beyond Sri Lanka.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.Stakeholder management skills, including partnership development, vendor and supplier relations, and engagement with regulatory and governmental bodies.Background in automotive, energy, or related sectors, ideally with exposure to electric vehicles or sustainable mobility solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company to internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.Ability to work on-site in Colombo and travel within the region as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Proven track record in managing change, driving innovation, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
