Role Description The Director role at Pachem Global Pvt Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Sargodha. The Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership across operations, production, and business development to ensure the company’s continued market leadership in Phthalic Anhydride. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing plant performance, setting and monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets and resource allocation, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role also entails building strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting talent development, and contributing to long-term growth planning.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, and decision-making.Strong operations and production management capabilities, ideally within chemical manufacturing or related industries.Experience with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality management systems.Financial and business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Ability to drive process improvements, implement best practices, and manage change effectively.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in a senior leadership role in manufacturing or process industries is strongly preferred.Commitment to ethical conduct, workplace safety, and inclusive team culture.
