Full Stack Suppor Specialis

Role Description The Full Stack Support Specialist will provide technical and operational support for HER FUND’s digital tools, platforms, and data systems. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of onsite collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting front-end and back-end issues, maintaining and updating web applications, supporting data collection and reporting workflows, and coordinating with partners to ensure smooth platform usage. The specialist will assist in integrating new features, monitoring system performance, and implementing security and compliance best practices. The role also involves documenting processes, supporting user training, and collaborating with project teams to align technical solutions with HER FUND’s objectives.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in full stack support or development, including front-end and back-end troubleshooting for web-based platforms.Proficiency with common web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, basic server-side frameworks or CMS tools) and understanding of databases and APIs.Ability to manage technical tickets, prioritize issues, and provide clear, user-friendly guidance to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in testing, quality assurance, and documentation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-partner project environment.Ability to work part time in a hybrid setup in Dubai, including occasional meetings or events with project partners.Understanding of or interest in innovation ecosystems, impact investing, or gender equality in entrepreneurship is highly beneficial.Relevant education or training in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
