Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the affiliate and social commerce strategy across social platforms and marketplaces in KSABuild and manage a network of creators, affiliates and publishing partnersOnboard brands and structure commission models, campaigns and partner programsOwn performance targets, including GMV (total sales value), conversion and partner growth, with clear reportingBuild and lead a high-performing teamWork closely with our influencer, content and creator teamsRequirements8+ years in affiliate, performance or social commerce, ideally within an agency or affiliate networkProven track record of building and scaling affiliate or creator commerce programs in KSA or the GCCStrong knowledge of the Saudi social commerce and marketplace ecosystemCommercial mindset with P&L or revenue ownershipFluency in Arabic and EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally to our offices in Lebanon, Qatar and the UAE
