About the RoleWe are seeking a curious, technically capable, and highly motivated AI Agent Development Intern to help transform innovative ideas into practical AI-powered solutions.Working closely with our technology and operations teams, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of intelligent AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-driven applications within a dynamic trading and financial services environment.This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about Agentic AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping. We value curiosity, experimentation, problem-solving, and the ability to turn concepts into functional solutions.Key Responsibilities* AI Agent Development: Design, build, and test AI agents capable of executing tasks, processing information, making contextual decisions, and interacting with external tools and systems.* Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar technologies to streamline business processes.* LLM Integration: Work with AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, to develop intelligent applications and task-oriented agents.* Rapid Prototyping: Translate business ideas into working proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and minimum viable products (MVPs).* API & Systems Integration: Connect AI agents with internal applications, databases, CRM platforms, third-party services, and business systems through APIs and webhooks.* Data Processing & Intelligence: Build solutions that extract, organize, analyze, and summarize structured and unstructured information.* Testing & Optimization: Evaluate agent reliability, output accuracy, response quality, and operational performance; identify opportunities for improvement.* Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear technical documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.* Security & Compliance: Support the development of secure, responsible AI solutions aligned with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
