AI Engineer

We are looking for a AI Engineer to serve as one of the first technical hires in our client's newly established Data & AI Office in Dammam. In this role, you will take hands-on ownership of building, hardening, and scaling production-grade AI applications, RAG services, and multi-agent systems built directly into an enterprise Azure environment.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise AI & Agentic Systems: Architect and deploy production RAG services, vector store integrations, and multi-agent orchestrations (task decomposition, tool calling, state management) co-developed alongside specialist partners.Full-Stack Engineering: Build across the full stack—developing robust Python microservices/APIs and thin, functional TypeScript/React interfaces for investment professionals.Platform Architecture & Gateways: Build model-agnostic inference wrappers, automated failover routing, parameterized guardrail modules, and cost/token control gateways.Security & Change Governance: Implement prompt-injection defenses, schema-allowlisted read-only queries, managed identities, private networking, and change-managed CI/CD pipelines.What We’re Looking For5–10 years of software engineering experience with proven hands-on deployment of LLM-enabled systems to production.Deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript/React, enterprise Azure (App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Log Analytics), Docker, and IaC (Bicep/Terraform).Strong background operating in security-sensitive, fiduciary, or financial services environments with a "founding-team" high-agency mindset.What's On Offer?Competitive monthly salary package Tax-free compensation package in Dammam, Saudi ArabiaVisa sponsorship, relocation support, and comprehensive family benefitsHigh-impact ground-floor role setting the firm-wide engineering standards for AIFamily medical insurance
