Applicants must have existing authorization to work in the country.Key responsibilitiesDesign and develop Gen AI-powered models and prompt frameworksImplement Gen AI analysis resultsDevelop AI logic to: Identify repeated items across Data sources and detect systemic issues and patternsBuild quality analysis and scoring models to rate assessment reports (0–100%) based on predefined criteriaCollaborate with Data Engineers to:Access structured and unstructured assessment dataUtilize vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrievalContinuously refine AI outputs through:User query analysisUAT feedbackPrompt optimization and model fine-tuningSupport go‑live validation, performance monitoring, and AI accuracy improvements post-deployment.Required4+ years of experience in Data Science / Applied AIStrong hands-on expertise in:Gen AI / LLMsNLP techniquesPrompt engineering and agentic workflowsExperience working with vector databases and RAG-based architecture.Proven ability to translate business rules and evaluation frameworks into AI logicStrong analytical and explain ability mindset able to justify AI outputs to business stakeholders.DesirableExperience in enterprise assessment, audit, or performance management systemsExposure to SAP-integrated AI solutionsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
