Tailor my CV for this job — freeABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a hands-on, highly technical AI Engineer to join our development team in Bangalore. In this core developer role, you will be writing code, fine-tuning massive open-source LLMs, building autonomous agentic workflows, and developing traditional machine learning and forecasting models. You will focus heavily on implementation, writing clean Python code, preparing model training modules, and building natural language query systems that help business users generate KPIs. You will be actively involved in the end-to-end ML development process, from training and module preparation to on-premise deployment and exposing models via REST APIs. EDUCATION:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology, BCA/MCA/BSc in Computer Science from a reputed university. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LLM Fine-Tuning & Development: Train and fine-tune state-of-the-art open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Qwen), specifically working with large parameter models (32 Billion to 72 Billion parameters).
- Agentic Frameworks: Build and code autonomous agentic workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen) to automate processes and execute multi-step AI tasks.
- Natural Language to KPIs: Develop NLP pipelines that allow business users to query databases in natural language, translating those queries to generate actionable business KPIs.
- Deep Learning & Forecasting: Build, train, and test Deep Learning and traditional Machine Learning models (LSTMs, Regression models) for time-series forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Model Deployment: Execute on-premise deployment of heavy AI/ML models, ensuring they run efficiently within infrastructure constraints.
- API Integration: Write robust REST APIs (using FastAPI/Flask) to seamlessly integrate model inputs and outputs with end-user applications.
- MLOps & Code Management: Write clean, modular model training code and maintain strict version control using Git. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development and AI engineering experience.
- Proven coding experience in AI and fine-tuning open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Qwen).
- Practical experience working with high-parameter models (32B, 72B) and their hardware/memory requirements.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and how to implement automation using AI agents.Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Pandas).
- Hands-on experience building traditional Machine Learning (Regression) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven ability to deploy models on-premise.
- Experience building and testing REST APIs to serve ML models.
- Solid grasp of version control (Git) and structuring reproducible model training modules.
