Senior AI Engineer – Google Cloud AI (Telecom)Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)Experience: 10+ yearsJoining: Within 30 days (immediate joiners / 1-month notice preferred)We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a major telecom AI programme with a leading global technology client in Dubai. You will design, build and deliver AI and agentic solutions on Google Cloud for real telecom use cases, working closely with business and client stakeholders.What you'll do

• Design, develop, evaluate and deploy AI/ML and agentic solutions on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini)
• Build and unit-test solution components in Python
• Apply AI to telecom use cases such as churn prediction, network analytics, anomaly detection and customer care automation
• Model, ingest and transform telecom data (CDRs, network KPIs, OSS/BSS) using GCP data services
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specs
• Run solution walkthroughs, demos and UAT, and support go-live and stabilisation
• Apply responsible-AI, compliance and evaluation standards to every deliveryMust-have skills
• Google Cloud AI stack: Vertex AI, Gemini, Agent Builder/ADK
• Strong core AI/ML: model building, evaluation and production deployment
• Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Telecom domain data and architecture (OSS/BSS, CDRs, network data)
• Hands-on delivery of applied telco AI use casesGood to have
• MLOps and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, Vertex AI Pipelines)
• Cloud architecture on GCP
• GCP data engineering (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Cloud Architect certificationWhat we're looking for
